A GREEN CONSTRUCTION
Native materials, recycled woods and a minimum usage of bricks, cement or concrete are present in all of the units. To guarantee luxury and functionality without harming the environment. Not only the use of native materials helps the environment but also it make construction cost less expensive.

The Villas are made of natural materials, such as: "earth bags" for the mounts where the different modules are to be erected, wood and bamboo structure and panels (with the use of hand forged metal details), ceramic or wood for the floors, mosaic and natural grout on the walls, terra-cotta tiles for the roof.

Osmuda,

A type of fern of the pteridophyta family having the particularity of a peripheral ring, that we represent by a seismic beam running around the building.

A project of 12 Villas of different designs but with the same esthetic. They are going to be constructed on lots of around 1 hectare (2.5 acres), respecting the topography of the land and preserving green zones between the houses for privacy.

They will have access to preserved areas, trails, and gardens, managed by the C.E.T.

The first house (350m2) with master bed room, two guest rooms (one being an office too), and a main living room with kitchen and dining area, as a Jacuzzi, terraces and pathways to make it well ventilated.
