Aquatic Club for the project
A Welcome Center giving access to the TERRABA River and the Pacific Ocean
thru the GARZA Island.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I. The Reception Office and Gallery


A place for Members of the Project to arrive and get directed to their homes, as well as a space for exhibitions and communications of the Centro de Estudios
Tropicales.

II. The Club


Complex for members to access the river and to be able to spend some time
enjoying the proximity of the water.
Shuttle boat to the island and possibility to private boat.


• 5 cabins with private bathrooms and terraces
• Center space, with massage room, kitchen and bathrooms
• Pool and Jacuzzi
• Decks and pathways to the river
• Access to the marina, public peer and private pontoon
• Boat garage and workshops

 

 

III. Rancho


A recreational place on the beach for members to have access to the Pacific
Ocean, get together, picnics and sunsets.
Playa Garza is 23 km long, pristine and private beach, gives a feeling of being
alone surrounded by water, like on a boat.
There is plenty of wild life like macaws (lapas rojas) and see birds.
Palm trees, almond trees, and many kinds of fruit trees have been planted as well as ornamental flowers and bushes.
The fishermen of the surroundings provided fresh fish and see food daily.
There is possibility to land with ultra light plane on the beach at low tide, or even flight from the project to there with Para gliders.
